Apply to receive a three-month book subscription box.
Included: three library books checked out on your library card plus fun loot for you to keep.
1. Apply at the circulation desk or fill out the form below.
2. Pick up your kit at the beginning of the month and enjoy the loot you find inside. The books will need to be returned by their due date.
3. Return your box (in good shape) before the end of the month so we can get it ready for the next one!

Adult Subscription Box Application
Completing an application does not confirm that you will receive a box the following month. Library staff will contact you about your application. You must be 18 or older and have a valid Big Rapids Community Library card to participate. Participants will receive a new box each month for three months. If you don't pick up your box, you will not receive a box the following month. If there is an extenuating circumstance, contact the library to discuss options. If you would like someone other than yourself to pick up your box, you must contact the library with their name prior to your pick-up day.
Each month your box is packed with three books from our collection. Each book will be checked out on your library card and must be returned following regular library checkout policies. All other items in the box are yours to keep.
